Cyber Threat Hunting Training | MITRE ATT&CK & SIEM Labs Melbourne

  Tutoring - Private Lessons

The Threat Hunting Training Course gives cybersecurity professionals the practical abilities needed for investigating, discovering and eliminating hidden threats in an active manner in today’s environments. Students will learn about attacker behaviour, hypothesis-based hunting, how to map to the MITRE ATT&CK framework, how to search for and analyse log data and telemetry, how to effectively use threat intelligence and automate processes using SIEM (Security Information and Event Management), EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) and scripting. The course consists of hands-on labs and real-life scenarios; therefore, students will be able to practice data collection, finding anomalies, transitioning between multiple data sources and reporting in a way that results in taking action. This course is well-suited for SOC (Security Operations Center) analysts, blue teams and security engineers, and when the training is complete, the student will have the confidence to reduce dwell time (the amount of time it takes to identify an incident), strengthen their overall security posture, as well as create an ongoing threat hunting program based on measurable outcomes that align with the organisation’s risk tolerance and security.
