In this subject area, learners will be introduced to each Data Subject Right that the GDPR provides for a natural person, with a specific focus on how each right impacts an organisation. Specific Data Subject Rights that are covered in detail include: Right to be Informed, Right of Access, Right to Rectification, Right to Erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"), Right to Restrict Processing, Right to Data Portability, Right to Object to Processing, and Rights related to Automated Decision-Making (including Profiling).
