The goal of Proactive Cyber Defense - Threat Hunting Online Training is to assist cybersecurity specialists in transitioning from a reactionary method of security monitoring to a proactive method of searching for covert intruders inside enterprise ecosystems. This online training course teaches learners how to utilize real-world threat hunting methodologies and techniques commonly employed by attackers while also demonstrating how to effectively utilize associated logs, telemetry (in the right context), and security tools. In addition, participants will receive hands-on experience in developing hypotheses about suspicious activities occurring at specific times, as well as being able to analyse behaviour suspected of suggesting the presence of persistent actors or advanced persistent threats, who are frequently able to elude conventional security controls.
