The YEIDAResidential Plot Scheme 2026 (RPS-10), launched by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, has quickly emerged as one of the most talked-about real estate opportunities in the NCR region. The growing attention around this scheme is largely driven by its strategic location near the upcoming Noida International Airport, which is expected to transform the surrounding region into a major economic and infrastructure hub over the next decade.
RPS-10 is expected to offer around 973 residential plots across key sectors such as 15C, 18, and 24A. These sectors are located along the Yamuna Expressway, a corridor that is already witnessing rapid development in terms of industrial zones, logistics hubs, and commercial projects. With improved connectivity to western Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, and other parts of NCR, the area is being positioned as a future growth center for both residential and investment purposes.
One of the biggest advantages of the YEIDA scheme is its pricing. The expected rate of around ₹35,000 per square meter is considered highly competitive compared to current and projected market rates. Plot sizes are likely to range between approximately 162 sq. m to 290 sq. m, making them suitable for a wide range of buyers—from middle-class families planning to build their own homes to long-term investors seeking capital appreciation. Since the pricing reflects early-stage development value, many applicants see this as an opportunity to enter before prices rise significantly due to infrastructure expansion.
